Nowadays a lot of waste is being produced, one of the major problems that the world is facing is the proper disposal of garbage. In many cases, a lot of recyclable waste is not recycled. I feel that the only way to make people recycle more is to make it a legal requirement. Personally, I feel that in order to make people recycle more of their waste, the government needs to impose strict laws. There are many reasons why I feel so.

TO begin with, people are careless and irresponsible due to which they don’t want to make an effort to recycle more waste. When the government would make it a legal requirement, these people will have to recycle more waste whether they like it or not. However, sometimes many people are simply unaware of how important recycling is or even how to recycle waste. Making it a legal requirement would certainly make them aware and help them in recycling more. Lastly, it is the government responsibility to manage the resources and how they are discarded (keeping the environment in mind).

Therefore, the government needs to take all the necessary steps to protect our environment. However, some people might feel that laws are not needed. Every person has his own views but according to me, it is a must.

Without laws, this problem can’t be solved.
